Our Dream Home

Hey Everyone! Hopefully soon, our dream home will be a reality! We just recently decided to have a house built in the area that we are living currently. We decided on a smaller town close enough to everything, but this way we will still be living in a place with the small town feel that we are used to from growing up in St. Maries.

If everything goes right we are hoping to be able to move in before Christmas, but realistically we will probably be able to move in sometime in the middle of January.

Here are some pictures of what our house and community are going to look like! As we go along in the building process, I will be adding more posts with info to keep everyone updated!

Here is what our floor plan looks like. We will have a 3 car garage, one section of it will be for Nathan's shop. We will have the room labeled "dine" as a workout or game room. Then we have our master bed/bath (with a jetted corner tub in the bathroom!) on one side of the house and then the kids rooms (for future) on the other side of the house with the living room, dining room, and kitchen in the middle of the house. Then there is a bonus room with a bathroom that is above the garage that will be used for a guest room or a family room. 

Here is a picture of what the house looks like from the outside. Ours will be flipped the opposite way with the garage on the right hand side instead of the left.

This is a picture of the colors that the house will be painted on the outside. We will probably have the shutters a darker color and eventually paint our garage and front doors darker as well. 

Here is a Google map's satellite view of where our house is going to be built (the star marks our property!) We will have one side neighbor when we move in and eventually another side neighbor once someone decides to build beside us! There is a field behind the fence so we won't have any neighbors behind us!

Here is a zoomed out view of our subdivision. We are right off the main highway. You stay to the right thru one round about and then turn right in the second one. The subdivision is small and very quiet which is what we prefer!
